Seán Fleming: If anyone chooses to follow up the matter by way of parliamentary question, as I did before, they will get a reply to the effect that the Taoiseach is not answerable to the Oireachtas for the allocation of portfolios and responsibilities under Ministers. Mr. Lemass is consistent on that point.
