Dessie Ellis: That is probably one of the things that would put a lot of people off at this stage. I know electric cars make sense for the environment and for people's health. Do the witnesses find it makes a difference to the quality of air and so on inside the car? Sometimes there is a kickback of fumes from the air conditioning in petrol cars.
