Robert Troy: It is an important issue. We are talking about giving children a voice. We are talking about changing our Constitution. We are holding a Constitutional Convention. The manner in which the membership is selected - one has to be 18 to be on the register - means young people will not have a voice. This matter needs to be raised and highlighted by the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs....
