Jerry Buttimer: Deputy Anne Ferris has introduced an open adoption Bill in the Dáil. During the debate on that Bill, the Minister for Justice and Equality invited her to address the committee. At a future date we will invite her to make a presentation on the subject of open adoption and her Bill.
