Timmy Dooley: Public health officials have guided us to being a red zone. I live in Tulla, County Clare, and except in exceptional circumstances, I am restricted from going 5 km from home. Is Mr. Wilson suggesting that if I want to travel to Spain, I should be allowed go as I wish? That is the dilemma.
