Vote 38 - Health (Revised) (5 Feb 2015) Jerry Buttimer: In terms of the issue we are addressing, namely, young people and dental and oral hygiene, it took away the ability of parents to make that choice. They did not make the choice and elected to not do anything. The second issue is ophthalmology in the south. I know it is probably a HSE matter rather than the Department's Vote but it is an issue that is becoming very difficult in the south.
