Michael Fitzmaurice: Is there anything that would be foolproof? Is it about eliminating the outside problems and trying to eliminate TB in badgers, deer and other animals? Badger-proofing yards is very interesting. Farmers should know more about making a yard badger-proof so they cannot get in.
