Jerry Buttimer: On the point regarding the State Claims Agency, the committee has concluded a report on medical indemnity. One of proposals in that report relates to the HSE's policy around open disclosure. Deputy Fleming has made a good point. When will we see action and accountability in regard to all of this? If this is not about being patient-centred, and if "Prime Time" had not produced this...
