Michael Ring: ——I wish to put down a marker. I tabled two priority questions both of which were ruled out of order, which I feel is unfair. A procedure should be in place. I was lucky that I had tabled other questions. As far as I was concerned the questions were in order. They were direct questions to the Minister. While I am disappointed I will not cause a row on it today.
