I have a slight difficulty in that the meetings of the Whips are quite informal in nature and minutes are not taken in respect of what is discussed, opposed or agreed. On a number of recent occasions, my opposition to the schedule presented at such meetings has been misrepresented in the House. Earlier, the Tánaiste misrepresented me again.
