To be clear, our taxation policy on PAYE is such that it will be the portion above €140,000 that we will ask people to pay as a solidarity tax, and that will bring in €386 million that can be spent on all the issues we are talking about here....

What guarantees are in place to ensure that all additional production is either provided to Ukraine or to national stockpiles?
