Jerry Buttimer: I thank Ms McMahon. She and Ms Slattery have done the State a great service by their testimony and advocacy here. I extend the same thanks to the other delegates. As Chairman of the committee, I can safely say this has been one of the most moving meetings we have had, even though we have dealt with a lot of contentious issues.
