Heather Humphreys: The person concerned has held a continuing entitlement to Free Travel since 6th April 2009.  The person concerned required a new PPSN and this has now been assigned.  A new Free Travel Public Services Card has been issued which should arrive by post in the coming days.   I hope this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
