Colm Burke: The Minister of State will accept the cost in the original proposal when it started off was around €12 million. I know there was quite a lot of delay. This had nothing to do with the Minister of State. It was necessary to go through a procedure of planning and everything else, but the net cost now is going to be €38 million.
