Matt Carthy: This is the second time that a motion calling for a public inquiry into the death of Shane O'Farrell has been passed. Perhaps the Tánaiste will come before the Dáil tomorrow, on the last day of the Dáil, and announce whether he intends to fulfil the purpose of this motion and declare a public inquiry.
