Mary Butler: I have a question for Mr. O'Regan and it is similar to what Senator O'Reilly asked about with regard to access to finance. It has been stated it is not a significant challenge for most Irish SMEs and that it sits at approximately 8%. Mary Butler: Does Mr. Lauhoff expect that in 2018 some of this capital will become available to SMEs exposed to Brexit? Does he expect it will happen sooner rather than later? The banks do not have the criteria and we are at the end of January.
