Peadar Tóibín: I have a brief question on that for the Minister. I believe a private company is delivering rural broadband currently. That is altering the number of people in the remit for the tender. I hear that is having a negative effect, or at least the changing of the tender parameters is causing difficulties in regard to the procurement process.
