Johnny Mythen: The Commissioner mentioned there was a proposal for an artificial intelligence, AI, Act. Why is a separate Act needed for AI? Would it not be covered under the digital Act? Does the Commissioner think there should be more built-in deterrents for these ransomware attacks, such as confiscation of bank accounts, assets and so forth, and that they should be increased?

Do they see this as a major obstacle to their industry?
