I know we have collective Cabinet responsibility but the Deputy would be much better having that debate with the Tánaiste than a third party.

Seán Ó Fearghaíl: Before the Minister responds, I want to be clear that the Minister has a responsibility for who he spoke to but he cannot reasonably be expected to respond to the House in respect of who spoke to somebody else. We do not operate on the basis of "dúirt bean liom go ndúirt bean léi".
