John McGuinness: As someone who was in business, I know that if there was a problem, one would go back to one's customer and proactively try to resolve or understand it. That is where I want to get to. I want to get to a discussion between the entity and the customer, which is a reasonable thing to request. They should accede to that type of meeting, to see what can be resolved.
