We are all acutely aware of the need for a resolution to the matter and we will all work to ensure our councillors, at urban and rural level, receive fair pay. Jerry Buttimer: The mistake that was made was that nearly every town and village was named in other plans. We must ensure real investment that is deliverable and tangible.
