Sorca Clarke: Mr. Purser made a valid point. I raised this issue with our previous witnesses. Co-operation exists in other areas. That there is none in education is an anomaly. It is having a major impact on the lives of people, North and South, who want to learn, work and research together in the other jurisdiction. It is something we need to rectify.
