Seán Fleming: It states that the final outturn, of €4.8 million, was higher than the estimate by €1.1 million. There were higher average recipient numbers, at 2,620. I have checked this figure out and, at the end of last year, there were 5,096 people in direct provision. I know that it includes 801 families. Are they individuals or could a parent be claiming for a spouse?
