I want to know because when I perused the list, I noted the following: a shortage of 10.6 mental health support workers and a shortage of 8.9 nurses on the adult teams; CAMHS has a shortage of 10.3 consultant psychiatrists and 9.7 nurses; and psychiatry for old age services has a shortage of 10.2 mental health support workers.
