Seán Fleming: Will the Department inform us of the arrangements that ensure the bond is kept in place? Companies put up the bond but they may stop paying. The bond is really an insurance policy. Some insurance company comes up with the money to pay for it. It is not all lodged in an account. That is only valid if the bond is paid for each year.
