Pearse Doherty: I thank the Minister. The agreement with Kosovo that is before us will reduce the tax rates on withholding tax on dividends, interest and royalties. I have serious concerns about our tax architecture. Will the Minister outline to the committee the changes that will take place in this regard on foot of the agreement?
