Catherine Connolly: I am almost finished, in any event. Certainly, it is now or never. It is time to do something. The Minister of State has my full support on this, but it has to be done, as was said, with the community. Indeed, in Galway, the community has led the way. We need to have the community on board and to recognise that it is the essential ingredient in our role to change what is happening.
