Dara Calleary: I want to be clear that I do not see it as a competition. It is important that we have a strong capital city but it is not good that we have such an imbalance. Other capital cities do not represent that much of their nation's economy. It is very important that we have a strong Dublin economically, as opposed to anywhere else.
