Brian Stanley: I will point out that the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform was asked to provide the full list of all inquiries and tribunals and the costs of them. It said that it was not a matter for the Department. Access is a matter for each separate Department. My understanding is that the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform did compile that list in the past on one occasion.

Brian Stanley: No, absolutely not. The Department of Public Expenditure and Reform is the Department that oversees public spending. We should get back to it and ask for the full cost of everything at this point. Perhaps we also might seek a list of which ones on which there may still be outstanding fees or liabilities due.
