Niall Collins: My understanding of virtual racing is that a number of horses run virtually on the screen and, therefore, the outcome has to be predetermined by a system or somebody. Before it ever starts, the outcome is determined. That is different from six horses or greyhounds running around a race track or the all-Ireland final.
