Jerry Buttimer: Acceptance of the proposal requires the co-operation of the House. To be fair to the Minister, he has to return to the Dáil with the Bill. The Council of Europe is scheduled to meet on 13 and 20 June and the UN Convention against Corruption evaluation will take place at the end of June.
