We do not normally take comments at this stage, but Mr. O'Toole has highlighted a very significant, major and substantial issue that will be before the committee and we want to deal with it immediately.

Seán Fleming: Mr. O'Toole can answer briefly but it is really up to the Department. The HEA is outside its remit and off the pitch to an extent. There is a big issue that merited all of this.
