Kieran O'Donnell: I would love to hear that there is turbo roll-out of electric charging points for electric cars. Like everyone else, I am considering whether to change my car. I want my next car to be an electric car but I want to be certain that I can get the distance on the car.

Kieran O'Donnell: I want to refer to the people of Limerick. The LSMATS plan came out and front and centre one of the aspects was the northern distributor road. Deputy Crowe and I are in adjoining constituencies so we know the people of Limerick. Ultimately, LSMATS will come back with an upgrade that will include the use of the rail network, which is very welcome.

Kieran O'Donnell: LSMATS has committed to us publicly that it will be in there. I have held public engagements on this matter in my constituency and people were very supportive of the plan.

Kieran O'Donnell: The Minister has told me that LSMATS is a priority for him. If it is a priority for him, and ultimately with rail and once again it is over a period, then we very much welcome that. Equally, on the northern distributor road, the LSMATS is coming back with it being included in the revised draft. We just want the project to go out to public consultation and continue to go through the process.
