Maurice Quinlivan: When I asked the question initially in my first round, Mr. O'Sullivan said that some had been delayed because of clarification. He is now saying they are not significant numbers.

I would like to have a breakdown of what was spent on capital expenditure, waste services as Senator Flynn was talking about, and so on.
