Jonathan O'Brien: I thank the Minister for his response and note his personal opinion on what happened in the Dóchas Centre. My second question was about in-cell sanitation facilities in Cork Prison. The report states a new slopping out vessel is being introduced. What is meant by "a new slopping out vessel" and how will it improve matters?
