Jackie Cahill: There are different stages of forestry in an SAC. Evidence has come forward that the hen harrier can live in places that have different stages of forestry. It would be desirable to allow that to happen rather than have a complete ban on an SAC. As Deputy Kenny pointed out, if SACs were available for planting it would alleviate some of the problems that he mentioned.
