I will begin with some questions to Dr. Singh regarding the homicide review. Is it correct that Dr.Singh is head of the analysis service in An Garda Síochána?

Does Dr. Singh agree that the representation conveyed to the Policing Authority was that the analysis and investigation sections had completed their analysis and the report and all that remained was the implementation of a couple of recommendations?
