I can see, even on the briefing notes, the number has gone up 1,000 in the past couple of weeks. There are now in excess of 13,000 people who are working. That is a success story as well. Is the biggest barrier to that private rental accommodation and accommodation generally? Is housing the issue for those 5,000 people?
