Louise O'Reilly: I missed some of Ms Magahy's presentation but, in my defence, I was getting the flu shot. I had read it anyway. Ms Magahy referred to the 1,600 suboptimised beds. I find it a bit hard to reconcile that with the fact that we have bed occupancy rates approaching 100%. When Ms Magahy says "suboptimised", is she talking about delayed discharges?
