They do not all get settled as they go along as Mr. Barry would know. In his experience are the bulk of the claims settled at the early stages of construction, or are they more likely to be settled towards the end or afterwards?

At the time of the handover would he expect a spike in claims? Is it immediately post handover or would he expect it to continue at a steady pace during the course of the project?
