Peter Burke: In terms of the staff that were in the restaurant and bar structures, have we returned a P35 and done all of the process in terms of returning the wages for both structures - the restaurant and the bar?

Peter Burke: Control is one thing. We has been told that the restaurant is not a company structure. Have all of the wages, casual or otherwise, been returned to Revenue in regard to the restaurant?

Peter Burke: I am not disputing that point. In terms of the bar, the witnesses seem to be saying that while a lot happened, we do not really know what happened and Revenue should shut it down and move on, especially if there is no letter of engagement signed by an accountant that shows that there is effectively no intent to quantify and get transparency in terms of what happened in the past.
