Charlie McConalogue: In 2021 my Department issued 1,534 Coillte felling licences. These were scheduled to be utilised in each of the years 2021, 2022 and in 2023. The total volume of all these licences together accounts for the 5 million cubic metres referenced in the question. The figures for the total volume actually felled during 2021 are a matter for Coillte.
