Matt Carthy: In 2020, the family had, through the Freedom of Information Acts, sought information but the Courts Service report into that set of incidents was not included in the response they received. It was my understanding that the Minister and senior officials had signed off on the fact that the family would be provided with that information. Why were the family not provided with it?
