The Comptroller and Auditor General has told us that Ireland's contribution to the EU budget in 2020 amounted to just under €2.6 billion, which was a 5.6% increase on the amount in 2019. Does Mr. Hogan accept it is always incredibly difficult to get a clear sense of what the EU receipts were in order to compare and contrast that?
