Jim O'Callaghan: I wish to make the Cathaoirleach aware that we did not opt in to the readmission agreement between the European Commission and Belarus; we are not party to that. Regarding EU funding for Kazakhstan, I do not know what might happen in respect of the future with Kazakhstan.

Jim O'Callaghan: As I mentioned in my opening statement, there is an enhanced partnership and co-operation agreement between the European Commission and Kazakhstan. That lays out the foundation for enhanced co-operation on policy areas such as trade and investment, justice and home affairs and economic and financial co-operation.
