Mark Daly: He has put a point to me and I am responding to that point. It is simple; Amnesty International has stated that he is at risk of torture. This is not a pedantic point. This is a central point. If an Irish citizen abroad is being tortured everybody should get involved.

Mark Daly: The issue here is that one NGO says he has been tortured and Amnesty International refuses to say he has been tortured. It says he is at risk of torture. In Egypt of course one is at risk of torture.
