Aengus Ó Snodaigh: It is helpful to an extent but the upshot is that meetings are ongoing and we have been hearing that for some time. I may have misinterpreted what the Minister said but my understanding is that responsibility has not yet transferred to the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government.
