Mark Daly: Is Senator Burke happy with the sentencing that judges are handing down to perpetrators of child abuse and rape-----

Mark Daly: I am sorry. If Senator Burke is happy with the sentencing, that is fine. My concern is what male judges are handing out to those who committed rape, as we saw this week.

Mark Daly: "They come from respectable families." That is what the judges say.

Mark Daly: "It was out of character." That is what the judges are saying on behalf of the perpetrators before they hand out non-custodial sentences.
