Jerry Buttimer: To clarify, it is likely that we will not get to the debate on No. 3, Adoption (Information and Tracing) Bill 2016, until 4 p.m. Adjourning at 6 p.m. would give only a two-hour window for debate. To be fair to the Minister, there are many reasons for the delay in moving the Bill forward. The Minister has been working on it. We will not finish Committee Stage tonight.
