We will also need to get a commitment from the Department of Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform on any budgetary commitments. The regulations will also need to be updated.

Alan Dillon: I will briefly add to the Minister's response. There is an ICT element that is really required for stock management. A pilot scheme was implemented last year; it will be rolled out this year. We will move to a more preventative maintenance system rather than a reactive system.
